I bought a zillion pork chops on sale one day. Found an easy looking recipe on serious eats. Beer based sauce with onions and apples. Served with brussels sprouts and some leftover modified tabouleh. Pretty yumgasmic.
Those sprouts looks delish! What's on top of the pork chops? Can you send a link to the recipe? I never know what to do the other white meat (other than when it's in it's bacon form.)
On top are sort of carmelized onions and apples. Here's the link to the recipe: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2010/06/dinner-tonight-thick-cut-pork-chops-with-apples-onion-recipe.html
The sprouts were just roasted for about 30 minutes!

Does the chop have a bone in it?
ReplyDeleteYes, these happen to be bone-in but you can use any kind of thick cut chop!
